Look, I'm gonna be straight with you. Back in 2011, I was just another realtor pushing generic condos and calling it "luxury." It felt hollow, y'know? My clients deserved better than cookie-cutter pitches and the same tired properties everyone else was showing.

So I said screw it and started ShadowVyn Empire Realty with a simple idea - treat property investments like what they actually are: empire building. Not just buying and selling, but creating legacies. My first big deal was a waterfront penthouse that'd been sitting on the market for months. Everyone passed on it, but I saw what it could become.

Fast forward to now, and we've closed over $2.3 billion in luxury transactions across Vancouver, Toronto, and beyond. But here's the thing - it's never been about the numbers.
